With construction still underway at the LISECC Clubhouse, this meeting will be held in hybrid format at the Lummi Island Grange, with remote access via Zoom. The meeting is being called for the sole purpose of allowing the board to discuss legal matters in executive session. The only public component of the meeting will be to open the meeting, go directly into closed executive session to discuss legal matters, then return to public meeting to adjourn the meeting.
