Marge Warner presented a petition to schedule a special general meeting to reconsider the financial audit for 2002. Questions were directed to Bob Bowman regarding the outcome of the audit and this meeting.

A QUORUM DID NOT EXIST THEREFORE THE MEETING WAS NOT CALLED TO ORDER.
