UNFINISHED BUSINESS: 
Playground Update – Mark Mech stated that poles are being stripped and work is ready to be performed. The engineered plans have not been received by LISE. Discussion followed. 

NEW BUSINESS: 
Jackie Granger stated that there has been various equipment appearing at the lake that has not been brought to the Board’s attention. The operations staff need direction for future incidents. Discussion followed. 

(2005/8/6)    M.  Ron Bain   2nd  Greg Eigsti   “that any and all additions/improvements/modifications to the recreational areas go through the board for approval. If these additions/improvements/modifications appear without approval of the Board the staff remove or cause them to be removed.”  Passed – For-Boyd Barry, Ron Bain, Greg Eigsti, Martha Patterson; Against – Mark Sexton.
Jackie Granger distributed a letter from the Department of Health stating Kevin Southworth is now certified as Water Treatment Plant Operator 2 and has all requirements necessary to operate the LISE water system. Discussion followed. 
(2005/8/7)    M.  Ron Bain   2nd  Greg Eigsti   “increase Kevin Southworth’s hourly wage by $1.00 per hour retroactive to the date of the test and write a letter of congratulations.”  Passed.
 Jack Mulhern read Frankie Small’s Natural Disaster Report. Discussion followed.
