.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
Jack Mulhern asked Mark Mech if he would update the Playground construction. The engineer’s stamp has not been received but progress is being made on gathering materials for initial construction. The donations and t-shirt orders were less than hoped. Discussion followed.

NEW BUSINESS:
Jackie Granger explained that LISE was involved in the Aon Company Settlement Class Action Suit which is through our insurance coverage from five or more years ago. If LISE wanted to opt out they would have to complete a form.
Jackie Granger explained that an employee’s health insurance premium would be increasing by $180 in August. This could be alleviated by allowing the employee to seek individual coverage and LISE paying for that. Discussion followed.

2005/7 /6    M.  Mark Sexton    2nd  Ron Bain   “make arrangements for John Graham health insurance to be paid directly to the provider as presented.”  Passed Unanimously.

There being no further business the Board meeting was adjourned at 10:40 A.m.
