ADMINISTRATION:
Louise Weber stated policy statement #10 needs to be addressed but should be addressed under Unfinished Business.
Louise Weber asked for the results of hiring the bookkeeper. Bob Bowman stated the Presidents Committee was to meet but that has not occurred. The committee will meet as soon as possible.
Discussion was held on the bookkeeping issue and the details of hiring.
Discussion was held on the budget items which are in excess of 50% of budgeted. This discussion will be on the agenda for August.

Frankie Small read a report.

SOCIAL:
Leslie Quento reported about the July 5th Social. Next social is August 16th which is potluck, coffee and tea provided and there will be a raffle if anyone would like to donate items.

2003/7/10    M.  Darlene Stoffer   2nd  Ricardo Camarillo   “the committee recommends to the board  that a letter be sent to the member, including the letter from the Estates attorney. We also recommend that a reasonable time be given for the member to determine whether a variance or some type of exemption is possible.”  Passed Unanimously.
