UNFINISHED BUSINESS: 
Letter from Tim Carpenter to owner of Div 1, Block 2, Lot 35 regarding use of clubhouse road. A recorded easement was forwarded to LISE.

Election Committee: Names were put forward by Ron Bain: Paul Bowman and Don Adema, and by Jack Mulhern: Tim Slater and Grace Briskey. Ballot counters will be sought. There were some volunteers from the guests. 

NEW BUSINESS:
Yahoo Groups: due to no postings this group was automatically terminated by Yahoo. The Board agreed to reinstate the group and send a periodic email to keep it “live”. 

Annual General Meeting procedures and information was discussed.

There being no further business the Board meeting was adjourned at 2:40 p.m. 

There were no submitted reports.
