(2004/11/1) M.  Ron Bain  2nd  Mark Sexton “approve the minutes of the previous meeting.” Passed. Referring to October 17, 2004 Board of Directors Meeting. Passed. For - Ron Bain, Greg Eigsti, Laura Mork, Martha Patterson, Mark Sexton. Abstained - Louise Weber.

(2004/11/2) M.  Ron Bain  2nd  Greg Eigsti  “that we accept the annexation request for a single lot, which will remain a single lot, at the current rate (as charged at an earlier meeting this year to Tom Bernard).  All annexation requests will be forwarded to member vote at AGM in a single package.” Passed unanimously.

SOCIAL COMMITTEE:

Christmas party has been rescheduled to Saturday December 11 at 6:30 p.m.  Please register children with Leslie Quento (Social director) by November 20.  Bring a side dish, or dessert, and small gift for someone of your gender.  (Small gift is $10 or less.)

ADMINISTRATION COMMITTEE:

 Ron Bain presented a dues relief request from Ricardo Camarillo and recommended approval.  The lots have been bound with the county.
