(2004/9/1) M. Ron Bain  2nd  Laura Mork     “approve the minutes of the last meeting.” Passed Unanimously. Referring to the September 19, 2004 Board of Directors Meeting.

COMMITTEE REPORTS

ADMINISTRATION COMMITTEE:
Ron Bain stated that there were two dues relief applications received by the Administration Committee. One will be deferred until next meeting and a recommendation will be made on the other today. Discussion followed. 

2004/9/2    M.  Ron Bain   2nd  Greg Eigsti  “not grant dues relief to the property of Division 3 lots 61 and 62 based on this application not meeting bylaw 6.3.2.3.”  Passed Unanimously.

2004/9/3    M.  Laura Mork  2nd  Greg Eigsti   “send a representative (Mark Sexton) to the  IACC  conference so that we are in a better situation to approach our water system improvements. The cost of the conference is $175 plus cost of hotel; the total cost is estimated at $500.”  Passed. For – Martha Patterson, Ron Bain, Greg Eigsti, Laura Mork. Abstained – Mark Sexton.
