VOTING STATUS: All board members present are in good standing.
OATH OF OFFICE: Bob Bowman administered the Oath of Office to Treasurer Kate Underwood.
 

MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING:

(2003/9/1) M.   2nd   “approve the July minutes as standing and the minutes of the directors meeting of August 17th.” Passed. Referring to the July 20 and August 17, 2003 Board of Directors Meeting.

The meeting was recessed at 11:25 a.m. to prepare for the Special General Meeting.
 

The meeting reconvened at 4:13 p.m. and will meet on September 28, 2003 to continue this session.
There being no further business the Board meeting was adjourned at   4:15 pm.   Next meeting will be September 28, 2003 at 10:30 a.m.
