UNFINISHED BUSINESS: 
Boyd Barry stated that Mark Hunter had requested that he update the playground status. The engineer had reviewed the plans and stamped the project with some details noted on the plan. The uprights are ready to be put into place once those changes have been received.

NEW BUSINESS: 
Jackie Granger stated that the Autumn Newsletter submissions must be received by  9am  Monday, September 26, 2005.
Jackie Granger stated that our income taxes have been prepared by Thomson & Co. The bill for this was much less than quoted and the taxes have been reduced by using the filing for Homeowner’s Associations rather than a regular corporation. Discussion followed. 
Mark Sexton stated that savings were seen in filling the fuel tank in August prior to the jump in fuel prices.
 
 
 

There being no further business the Board meeting was adjourned at 10:40 a.m.
