Attention Please: The letter directly below this notice has been posted at the express request of Norma Bohl. It was read at the October Board Meeting and delivered to Barbara A. Myers on November 2, 2001. It will also be posted at the clubhouse with the attached addendum. As the author of the letter and for clarity's sake, I would like to add that her name was included in the letter because of statements she made at one board meeting only. Clay Wray's name was included because he had written letters to the board and sent e-mails requesting action be taken on property adjacent to his. At the Board meeting on July 17th there was a committee formed to look into these issues and general compliance issues throughout LISE, since there is no honest, fair or legal way to request one party to comply with the rules without requesting that all like properties comply. The committee is trying to acting for the benefit of all members and with malice toward none. The committee consists of: Jan Bonaparte, Jo Ann Bowman, Mark Mech, Barbara A. Myers (Chair), and Clay Wray. The
efforts being made to address compliance issues are as a result of this
committee as a whole, the chair Barbara A. Myers, and the Present Board
supported by our Business manager Jackie Granger as will as Whatcom
County Enforcement. Having said this please read over Norma's letter
and consider all sides of the question. This is a Home Owners Association
and all opinions are valued and should be heard.
