2025 LISECC Annual General Meeting

Call to order 10:00 am

Voting will occur on electing Board Members, the proposed 2025 Budget, and on how to proceed with the financial audit (as required by RCW 64.38.045). The meeting will be held in hybrid format, with Zoom available for those who cannot attend in person. Zoom attendees eligible to vote are requested to vote either by absentee ballot or assigned proxy. There will be no voting or interaction through Zoom; it is intended for observation only.

The results of the vote will be announced at the LISECC Board of Directors’ Meeting scheduled for 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 27, 2025 at the Clubhouse.

Parking may be a little tight so if you are able to walk or carpool to the meeting that would help.  Thank you in advance for your consideration.

Beach Avenue Landslide Repair and Island Drive Pavement Repair

Nearly four years after the cataclysmic events brought on by the November 2021 Atmospheric River, major repairs to Beach Avenue are scheduled to begin.

There will be a full road closure of Beach Avenue starting approximately from the intersection of Beach Avenue and Cedar Avenue to the south near the intersection of Beach Avenue and Aiston Creek Road. The full road closure is currently planned to take place from July 21, 2025 to September 8, 2025 as Granite Construction reconstructs the washed-out section of Beach Avenue.

LISE members can reserve for both member and non-member events.

Lake

Swim lake and playground is reserved for LISE members and their guests.

Water System

Lummi Island's only surface water source, fed from mountain water into our own reservoir.
