Important Deadline

Any watercraft remaining on LISECC property after September 26, 2026 that is:

· Not registered with LISECC,

· Not displaying a current LISECC boat decal, or

· Not otherwise authorized for storage on the beach...

...will be considered abandoned property and the owner will be assessed a fine of $50 per day.

LISECC staff will arrange for the removal and impoundment of any such watercraft. All costs associated with removal, transportation, storage, and impoundment will be the sole responsibility of the owner.

2026 Annual General Meeting

Voting will occur on electing Board Members, the proposed 2027 Budget, Bylaw Proposal 4.5.4, and on how to proceed with the financial audit (as required by RCW 64.38.045). The meeting will be held in hybrid format, with Zoom available for those who cannot attend in person. Zoom attendees eligible to vote are requested to vote either by absentee ballot or assigned proxy. There will be no voting or interaction through Zoom; it is intended for observation only.

The results of the vote will be announced at the LISECC Board of Directors’ Meeting scheduled for 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 24, 2026 at the Clubhouse.
