With a vote of the membership on a special assessment coming up, discussion has necessarily included the LISE Reserve accounts. The LISE Board asked our reserve account consultancy to weigh in on a few questions on how the reserve accounts function in our community.
Reserve Consultants LLC, the reserve consulting firm engaged to help develop and advise on administration of the LISE reserve accounts responded with a one hour presentation to the board via Zoom, designed to provide an understanding of how the reserve accounts function and answer specific questions posed by the board in advance.
