  • Troubleshooting filter performance issues

  • DoH onsite visit (site review, troubleshooting assistance, jar testing)

  • New filter media profile design R & D

  • Backwash cycle calculation and procedure optimization

  • Jar testing (ferric, pac, poly)

  • CL-10, pH, 2100Q, TU5300, 1720e calibration

  • Portable UVT purchased

  • Filter media inspection w/ core samples gathered and analyzed

  • Leakage surveying

  • Responded to customer calls regarding broken water lines

  • Dam EAP final submitted to DoE

  • Pressure washed Clubhouse steps and cleaned parking area

  • Street sweeping

  • Flushing

  • Weekly and monthly dam inspections

  • Cleaned gutters on Cabana

  • Replaced 6 meter heads

  • Winterized Clubhouse, Cabana, and distribution components

  • Routine maintenance performed on the generator and LISECC work truck

  • Filter media replacement (January-February 2024)

  • Rebuild raw water feed to include a new static mixer, check valve, and flow meter (January-February 2024)

  • Reservoir floating dock (unknown)

  • Repair leak inside PRV vault (January-February 2024)

  • Clubhouse lighting (Pending availability of the electrician)

  • Install Marina cameras (January-February 2024)
