CHARLIE BAUGHMAN

My name is Charlie Baughman.  I moved to Lummi Island in 2017 with my wife and 2 children, and we purchased our house in Scenic Estates that same year.   I work as a custodian and maintenance man at Beach Elementary and also work with the Lummi Island Parcel Service delivering for UPS.
I’m looking forward to giving back to Scenic Estates by volunteering my time to help and improve upon our community.

WILLIAM ENOCH

Having served a prior board term, first as Operations Chair and then as Treasurer, I ask your support to serve another term on the board. LISECC has successfully dealt with recent and distracting challenges, all the while continuing to address the significant project of water treatment plant replacement. I believe that my background in non-profit financial management and prior LISECC board experience can support that project as it moves forward.
