● SWSMP review and drafting
● Attended disaster response and evacuation plan meeting
● Reviewed FireWise program for the new 3 year plan
● Lowering Swim Lake level for the season
● Inspected and cleaned drainage ditches and culverts
● Identified and repaired another service main leak
● Planning and preparation for the relocation of a failing service main
● Repaired broken park bench at the Swim Lake
● Installed new water service connection
● Jar testing
● Troubleshooting poor filter performance
● PM’s on mower
● Inspected vaults and PRVs
● Grounds keeping (clearing ditches, street sweeping)
● Monthly and bi-monthly dam inspections
● DOE discharge monitoring tests
● Monthly distribution system flushing
● Water samples for DOH monthly quality compliance
● Cleaned and serviced online analyzers
● Weekly customer leakage survey
● Monthly DOH meeting
● Tested the WTP generator
● Scheduling the site visit with Ram for the old raw water line project

● Winterize Clubhouse. Water turned off (December 1ˢᵗ-March 1ˢᵗ)
● Update SWSMP
● Install new fish cleaning station on marina dock
● Replace sampling stations on Cedar Ave, and at the Island/Beach intersection
● Replace bent standpipe on Island Dr
● PRV vault replacement (seeking bids)
