  • Turned on Cabana HTH and shower

  • CCR and WUE drafting Replaced batteries in smoke detectors at Clubhouse

  • Marina dock maintenance

  • Installed new office light in General Manager’s office

  • CUPPS asset inventory

  • Mowing and grounds maintenance

  • Stormdrains inspected and cleared of debris

  • Grounds keeping tool maintenance performed

  • Monthly/bi-monthly/and annual dam inspections and reporting

  • DOE discharge monitoring tests

  • Water samples submitted for DOH monthly quality compliance

  • Cleaned and serviced online analyzers

  • Weekly customer leakage survey
