  • Public notices drafting

  • Flushing A-Boards

  • LISECC Truck maintenance and diagnostics (thermostat housing leak)

  • Replaced smoke/CO detector at Club House

  • Junk removal from common areas

  • Pothole filled on Mt. Vista

  • Treatment plant troubleshooting and optimization

  • Marina dock inspections and minor maintenance

  • Water service connection for new construction installed

  • Multiple customer leaks identified and customers informed

  • All gutters and downspouts cleared

  • Grounds keeping all common areas

  • Stormdrains inspected and cleared of debris

  • Mowing and grounds maintenance on all roads

  • Monthly/bi-monthly/and annual dam inspections and reporting

  • Supply run to town (treatment chemicals and supplies)

  • DOE discharge monitoring tests

  • Monthly distribution system flushing

  • Water samples submitted for DOH monthly quality compliance

  • Cleaned and serviced online analyzers

  • Weekly customer leakage survey

  • Tested the WTP generator

Upcoming Projects:

➢ Marina docks to be removed September 29th
➢ Reduce distribution losses
➢ Replace sampling stations on Cedar Ave, and at the Island/Beach intersection
➢ Replace standpipes (Baker, Island, Marina)
➢ Replace all PRV’s
➢ Install fish cages in the lakes
➢ Install Marina cameras
➢ Replace old distribution valves
➢ Install reservoir floating dock
➢ Replace old WTP valves and components
